| KidSport Alberta and the Alberta Schools’ Athletic Association (ASAA) have teamed up to ensure high school students across the province have the opportunity to participate in school sports. The focus of this program is encouraging equal access to sport opportunities at school that support the physical and mental health of youth across Alberta. Hundreds of students will receive funding towards participation in their school sport between now and December 2022 courtesy of the Government of Canada and Government of Alberta’s joint Sport Participation Support Program (SPSP) Grant and the new partnership between the ASAA and KidSport.
